To Remote OK Support,
I am writing to demand an immediate and full refund of $17.95 charged to my Visa card (ending in 5231) on March 19, 2026, for a so-called "Remote OK Premium Subscription" (Receipt #2619-4721, Invoice OCKGG6FR-0002).
I did NOT authorize this subscription. This charge appeared without my explicit consent, which constitutes an unauthorized transaction. This is completely unacceptable.
I am demanding the following:
A full refund of $17.95 processed immediately
Cancellation of any active subscription tied to my account
Written confirmation that no further charges will be made
If I do not receive a response and confirmation of refund within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to dispute this charge directly with my bank and credit card provider, and report this to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.
