I am writing to formally request a full refund for a charge of $59.95 that was deducted from my card during the registration process on your website.

At the time of registration, I was not aware that this was a paid service. My card information is saved in Google Pay, and the payment was processed automatically without any additional confirmation or prompt. As a result, I only became aware of the charge after it was completed. I did not intend to purchase a subscription, and this payment was both unexpected and unintentional.

I kindly request that you process a full refund of the amount as soon as possible. Please also confirm whether my account is associated with any recurring subscription and ensure that no further charges will be made to my card.
