proposal of saved icon interaction

problem:

1. You can only tell if an image or video is saved or unsaved by hovering over it.

2. Even after hovering, it is hard to know whether it is saved or not because the heart icon's appearance when you hover over the save icon is not very distinct from when the image is already saved. In both cases, the heart is filled with white, making it difficult to differentiate between the two states.

proposed solution:

1. show permanent small heart icon on a saved image. would be nice to have it red, but I think this is optional.
