I’m posting to raise a concern regarding billing support and refund accessibility.
I noticed that there is no visible customer support or billing contact email available on the website or support pages. The only email address attached to the Stripe receipt is a no-reply email, which prevents customers from contacting the merchant directly regarding billing concerns or refund-related questions.
Where can I contact the platform for billing purposes?
