I have repeatedly asked to be made whole for credits for which I was charged only to receive totally blank images in return. And even more prevalent are instances where I have been charged credits for images that are nowhere near the high quality level advertised by you for the ultra subscription level. To be frank, they are so far below an acceptable quality level that it’s abhorrent that you are charging money for them. This is the minority of photos I’ve received, to be clear, but it’s still amounts to a ton of credits, which amounts to a lot of money.
There are also features of my ultra subscription that I’m not being provided despite paying for them, like free auto generated photos for every new model I create. And the fact that despite touting unlimited storage of my content on your website, I am unable to access loads and loads of photos dating back beyond about six months ago.
Yet each time I’ve raised these concerns you have not only failed and refused to issue reimbursement credits, you have failed to even respond whatsoever and immediately deleted my post. This is deeply concerning on multiple levels. Not only does it constitute numerous breaches of our agreement, it very much appears designed to keep other subscribers totally in the dark about issues and practices that they are almost certainly suffering from as well. These flagrant attempts to conceal ongoing issues with the platform have worked to date, but as a subscriber I am by no means powerless to bring these issues to light on a much larger scale. After all, current and prospective subscribers have every right to know what they are paying for (or contemplating paying for) In regard to doing business with you. This is certainly not a matter you should ignore and delete. If you want to do the right thing let me know asap, otherwise I’ll have no choice but to take action to protect my rights as a consumer, and to make known to the public what’s unfairly happening here on PhotoAI at the consumer’s expense.
Let me be clear that that’s not what I would prefer to do, I’d much rather continue using photo AI after being sufficiently reimbursed for all of the many issues I have experienced and continue to experience and for my concerns to be meaningfully addressed by you moving forward rather than swept under the rug. But that’s up to you. Let me know which you prefer and I will proceed accordingly.
