Charged twice + email bouncing

I was charged twice and so I clicked the link in Stripe's email to get a refund, but the server gives an error "No charge id, please contact jobpostsupport@remoteok.com"

I emailed that email and it's invalid.

Can you please contact me and confirm the refund?
